Poziv za dostavu dokumentacije za ažuriranje računa / Documentation delivery request for account update

U skladu sa Pravilnikom o uslovima i načinu otvaranja, vođenja i zatvaranja računa nerezidenata u banci Federacije BiH (Službene novine Federacije BiH br. 56/2010), molimo Vas da u svrhu obnavljanja dokumentacije nerezidentnog računa posjetite poslovnicu Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosna i Hercegovina (u daljem tekstu: Banka) i dostavite traženu dokumentaciju najkasnije do 31.03.2024.

U skladu sa navedenim, molimo Vas da dostavite sljedeći dokument:

• Izvod iz registra u kome je nerezident-pravno lice upisan u zemlji u kojoj ima registrovano sjedište ili ako je osnovan u zemlji u kojoj se ne vrši upis u takav registar drugi validni dokument o osnivanju, u skladu sa propisima zemlje sjedišta na osnovu kojih se može utvrditi pravni oblik ovog nerezidenta i datum njegovog osnivanja. Izvod ne smije biti stariji od šest sedmica. Isprava mora biti u originalu i ovjerenom prevodu na jedan od službenih jezika u BiH. Umjesto originala, može se prihvatiti i ovjerena kopija isprave ili izvod iz registra nadležnog tijela koji je ovjerio notar (za račune otvorene u filijalama/podružnicama sa sjedištem u Federaciji BiH) ili drugi nadležni organ (za račune otvorene u filijalama/podružnicama sa sjedištem u RS i Brčko Distriktu BiH). U ovjeri notara mora biti naznačen dan uvida u registar, odnosno dan izdavanja izvoda iz registra.

U slučaju da je dokumentacija već dostavljena, možete zanemariti ovaj dopis.

U slučaju da traženo ne bude dostavljeno, Banka je obavezna preduzeti zakonom propisane mjere kojima će se blokirati predmetni račun i onemogućiti korištenje sredstava na računu sve do dostave tražene dokumentacije.

Subject to the Rulebook on the Requirements and Manner of Opening, Maintaining and Closing Non-Resident Accounts in Banks in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH Official Gazette 56/2010), for the purpose of renewal of the documentation for the non-resident account, you are required to visit the branch of Raiffeisen Bank dd Bosna i Herzegovina (hereinafter: the Bank) and provide the relevant documents until 31.03.2024 at the latest.

The following documents should be provided:        

• Excerpt from the registry in which the non-resident legal entity is entered in the country in which it has its registered seat or, if it is established in a country where such registry entry is not carried out, another valid registration document in accordance
  with the regulations of the country of the seat, on the basis of which it is possible to determine a legal form of such non- resident and the date of its establishment. The excerpt must not be older than six weeks. The document must be provided in the original and a certified translation into one of the official languages in BiH. Instead of the original, a certified copy of the document or an excerpt from the registry of the competent body certified by a notary public can be provided (for accounts opened in branches/subsidiaries with headquarters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) or another competent authority (for accounts opened in branches/subsidiaries with headquarters in the RS and Brčko District). The date of inspection of the registry or the date of issuance of the excerpt from the registry must be indicated in the notary's certification.

In case you have already submitted the documentation, please disregard this letter.

In case the requested document is not submitted by the specified date, we will be obliged to take the steps prescribed by law, and prevent access to the account until we have  received the required documentation.
