Eligibility criteria
To qualify for a loan, you must:
- Be a resident of Kosovo
- Receive your salary through Raiffeisen Bank
Required documents
To be able to check that our loan solutions can meet your needs,we ask you to provide the following documents:
- ID: your personal identification document
- Income: work contract and last 3 months’ salary statements or payslips
- Savings: proof of savings deposits
- Expenses: last 3 months’ bank statements (if you don’t already bank with Raiffeisen)
- Current credits: other existing loan statements or loan contracts, showing balance, limit, term, interest rate, loan amounts and frequency (if applicable)
- Evidence of additional family income (if applicable)
- Sales contract and other documents on the land or on the property (if applicable)
- Any other documents detailing your project (type of home you want to purchase, offers, plans, existing purchase agreement...)
