Questions and answers - CREDIT CARDS: My card got lost or stolen. What can I do?
If you cannot find your credit or debit card or if it has been stolen, it is very important to have it blocked immediately. There are different ways for you to do this.
Option 1: Block or cancel your card via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
- Block and unblock your card temporarily
- Cancel and replace your card
If you cannot find your card, you can temporarily block it via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile to prevent someone else form using it. When you find your card, you can simply unblock it via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile too. Out tutorial shows you how it works.
- Log in to Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
- Click on “Manage my cards”
- Select the card you would like to manage
- Select “Block this card” to temporarily block it or to “Unblock this card” to unblock it
If you have lost your card or it has been stolen, you can cancel and replace it via Raiffeisen Smart Mobile. Our tutorial shows you how it works.
- Log in to Raiffeisen Smart Mobile
- Click on “Manage my cards”
- Select the card you would like to manage
- Select “Lost or stolen card”
- Select “Lost” or “Stolen”
- Select “Cancel and replace”
- Click on “Confirm”
Option 2: Block or cancel your card via phone call
Call us and have your card temporarily blocked or cancelled and replaced. The following call options are available to you:
Call us from any mobile network in Romania
24 hours a day.
Normal rates apply.
Call us from any domestic landline in Romania
24 hours a day.
Normal rates apply.
Call us from abroad
24 hours a day.
Normal rates apply.
Option 3: Block or cancel your card at one of our branches
Visit us and we will assist you in temporarily blocking your card or cancelling and replacing it.
