*The Effective Interes Rate (EKS) for purpose-specific loans for the adaptation/renovation of a residential unit with energy efficiency is calculated for a fixed interest rate on an amount of 50,000 BAM and a repayment period of 120 months. The EKS calculation includes the loan interest rate, cost of purchasing bills of exchange, administrative ban certification fee, and insurance cost.

Other fees for the user:

Credit insurance fee, in accordance with the applicable tariff of the insurance company, with a premium rate of 3.75% included in the APR calculation.

Monthly installment

For the example loan amount and repayment period shown in the EKS, the monthly installment amount is 368.24 KM.

CREDIT USER: Any individual who is a citizen of BiH, creditworthy, with regular monthly income.

How to apply for a loan and incentive?

Select the eligible technology from the GEFF Technology Selector that you wish to incorporate
Submit the documentation on the selected technology to the desired branch and submit a loan application
After obtaining the loan, buy and install the selected equipment from the selected dealer
Submit a request for incentive payment after the installation of the technology through the GEFF web‑platform (VMS system)
After successful verification by GEFF, the incentive is paid to your account at Raiffeisen Bank.
