Raiffeisen Bank and Visa take their customers to the FIFA World Cup 2026

(Sarajevo, 07 April 2026) – In a time of strong sports euphoria and increased public interest in the journey of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national team to the World Cup, Raiffeisen Bank has successfully implemented the prize-winning contest "RAIFFEISEN AND VISA TAKE YOU TO THE FIFA WORLD CUP 2026TM" in Bosnia and Herzegovina, connecting everyday payments with the emotions that sport brings.

The prize-winning contest was organized from January 15 to March 15, 2026, and all adults residing in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who own a Raiffeisen Visa debit and/or credit card for private individuals, were eligible to participate. It was necessary to make at least five card transactions in any amount during one calendar week, either at points of sale or online, via websites and applications. 

Inspired by the global football story and the strong interest of the local public in the performance of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team on the world stage, Raiffeisen Bank provided  customers with the opportunity to win an exclusive trip for two people to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the United States of America.

Yesterday, on the premises of Raiffeisen Bank, vouchers for prize packages were handed over to the lucky winners of the prize game, Ms. Dženeta Šljivnjak from Zenica and Mr. Almir Buljubašić from Tuzla.
