Visa Chatbot
Visa ChatBot is a digital platform for Visa Premium cardholders. Available on Viber and Telegram. Visa ChatBot enables simple and quick activation of Visa Premium benefits. Through intuitive communication, cardholders are informed of the special offers and
exclusive benefits of their cards and activate them in several ways.
- Activate with Visa ChatBot by clicking on "Activate Visa ChatBot"
- Click Sign up → Send phone number → Enter the code
- Select the country and language, enter the name and accept the privacy policy
- Add a card via Profile → My cards → Add your card
Dragon Pass
Visa provides access to business lounges, Dragon Pass, worldwide. During the calendar year, the customer has the opportunity to use 2x free entrance to some of the business lounges that arepart of the Dragon Pass program. Only the cardholder has the right to free entry to business lounges, while guests pay for entry. The service is provided through the Visa Airport Companion (VAC) application, and another option is via the Visa Chatbot.
- The application is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- The cardholder enters their Visa card data (number, expiration date, CVV, country of issue).
- This is followed by 3D Secure verification and check of card status.
- When creating a profile, personal data is entered — full name as in the passport and contact information.
- A six-digit verification code is sent to the email or phone number, after which the user sets a password.
- Registration is possible via e-mail and password or biometrics.
- After logging in, a personalised home page with all the available rights and an overview of the lounge is displayed.
- To access lounges, the user selects "Explore Lounges", selects the airport and lounge, after which they receive a digital membership card (QR code) for entry.
Internet roaming – eSIM 3 GB
Holders of Visa Platinum cards are provided with a roaming package of 3 gigabytes in 127 countries across the world once a year.

Travel insurance
Travel insurance provides protection during travel and includes:
- Travel health insurance
- Baggage insurance – in case of delay or loss
- Trip cancellation or interruption

Fast track
Visa Platinum cardholders may use priority security screening twice during the calendar year (no more than once per day).

- The client must be registered on the Visa ChatBot,
- Select the Visa Travel option from the ChatBot main menu, and then select the Fast Track International option,
- Select country and airport,
- Choose one of the following flight types: origin, international departure or international arrival,
- Select the country you are traveling to and the terminal you are departing from,
- Enter the flight number and date in a separate field,
- Enter the necessary data to receive a PDF file with a QR code for Fast Track,
- Collection of vouchers.
